Provided advise on all aspects of the lifecycle of shared services operations including service architecture (including working closely with Enterprise Architects for integration of solution into existing WoVG Enterprise Architecture), service descriptions, costing, staffing/resourcing and ongoing service management / operational requirements.

Business case was successful in gaining cabinet expenditure review committee (ERC) approval to proceed & secured AUD$90 Million+ funding allocation.

Enabled the Victorian Government to implement their DR strategy and server consolidation, according to the aggressive timetable required to support their business initiatives while reducing/eliminating substantial ongoing maintenance costs.
Provided key technical consulting, implementation advisory and technical program management across a range of projects to support this major upgrade to the department's range of technology platforms.
